• your work email address
• your organisation, if you give one
• the message you write

Nothing else: no profiling and no enrichment from other sources. The form’s only hidden element is a spam trap, and we look only at whether a bot triggered it.

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); where your message is not about engaging us, our basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your enquiry for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Only the services needed to receive, deliver and read your message. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

12 months after our last contact about your enquiry. After that the message and your details are deleted from our mailboxes. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, so there is no consent banner to click away.

Two settings are remembered in your browser’s local storage. They are written by the page, read only by the browser that wrote them, never sent to us, and never used to identify anyone:

• gitops.theme — remembers light or dark appearance
• gitops.autonomy — remembers the operator console's autonomy level

Clearing site data in your browser removes both.

Our web server records each request: the time, the page, the referring page and the browser’s user-agent string. We use this to see which pages are read and to find faults.

We do not store your IP address. Before a request is written to the log, the address is replaced with a one-way token that changes daily and cannot be turned back into an address. That lets us count visitors without keeping anything that identifies them.

Request records are kept for 14 days. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics — visits per day, most-read pages — are kept for up to 400 days. There is no analytics script, no tracking pixel and no cross-site tracking.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to legal@gitops.dk and we will answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet — datatilsynet.dk.

If we add a service that handles your data, this page changes before it goes live, not after.
